ByDr. Rodney Howard Browne inspired the church – The River at Tampa Bay- to focus an entire 6 weeks winning the lost of Tampa to Jesus. One day I went to a nursing home in Clearwater. Salvation was in the air-following me and going before me. The whole day I knew Someone was overseeing the days connections. I spoke with a man who could not hear. Suddenly he began to answer me and prayed for salvation. When I turned to go I noticed a woman had been standing behind me doing sign language. As quickly as she was there she was gone. Later in the day I heard my name being called from inside a room. I was so surprised because noone knew my name there. I went in and it was the same lady who had done sign language standing by the bed of a 19 year old girl who had a disease that was freezing her body and muscles. The woman said “Tell her.” When I asked the young girl if she knew where she’d go when she died she began to sob and said “I’m in hell now!” We prayed and she began to laugh hysterically from deep within. I started to leave when the woman said “well! don’t you believe in miracles? pray for her body!” I did. The Lord began to loosen her joints and crack a few things. Somehow I knew she would be totally free.As I was leaving the facility I heard the same woman call my name and say “tell her!”. I looked around but only saw a woman in a wheelchair. When I asked her where she’d go when she died she said with all sincerity “no- do you? I’ve asked everyone I know and noone can tell me” She gave her heart to the Lord.

It was great to read how you went to a nursing home to share the gospel and to hear that they were so receptive.

I read that most young people today are out of their comfort zones because the world is so crazy and they can’t find a safe place..I want everyone of them to find their comfort in Christ.

I was out witnessing at some apartments one saturday and I shared the gospel with a lady. when she closed her eyes for me to pray with her she wasn’t praying because she couldn’t hear me, she was deaf. she had been reading my lips. So she prayed with me to receive Jesus, then I laid hands on her ears in the Name of Jesus and they opened.

I feel the same way Laura..that’s about l thanks to the Lord every 1 1/2 hours a day.

Jayne-when I go out of town I watch the wildest thing I ever saw was way up in the Canadian Arctic Circle..about 20 inuit people(used to be called eskimos) rigged a hook up to a satellite and we all sat in a little room and watched the service.

Henry-About that lady who was once deaf but now can hear, that is an awesome testimony! Thank you for sharing it. It is just like what Jesus told us to do in Mark 16:18-”They shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.”

you know it’s amazing how much God loves us that He wouldn’t spare His Own Son for each and everyone of us. it is God’s Heart that all would come to know Him and how can they unless someone tells them.

Yes, people need to hear and see JESUS when they come into contact with us. This is so that they will know that he is alive today.

no longer I who live but Christ who lives in me..the Word of God is alive and sharper than any 2-edged sword..eternity is plunged into the heart of men and woman before they are born and is never satisfied til it finds Christ..all works together to make getting people saved as easy as reading a few scriptures from the script.

yes when we die to what people think about us and only care about what God thinks about us-what liberty that brings when we preach the gospel.

You are right about people’s opinion about us. We have to come to a place where our SALVATION is so real to us that we don’t worry about what people think about us when we
witness to them. When you reach that place soul winning is so easy after that.

saw the pictures Hawaii! people respond the same to the Lord all over the world. I thank God that He cares about America coming to an awakening of His Lordship and that He sent.

It’s exciting to see the Lord touching peoples lives all over the United States. People who weren’t even saved suddenly getting radically touched and going out witnessing and winning souls.

I went to revival and watched the revivals and they are life changing! I even got my own soul winning script and your right, its so awesome for God to use us to touch people.

that’s cool Mark that you would determine to sow into the lives of others like that. I love it that Jesus said He wouldn’t lose a single one that was given Him by the Father and that He uses us to be a part of that.
